We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at The Nesst Of Noblesville. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day culinary operations and ensuring that every dish meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of menu items to ensure quality and consistency
- Coordinate food prep needs and manage inventory to minimize waste
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality
- Create a memorable dining experience for our guests on special occasions
- Prepare menu items to be delivered in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent role
- Passion for food and commitment to excellence
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year and benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
