Financial Operations Coordinator

The Financial Operations Coordinator is a critical member of our team, responsible for maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and flexibility in working on multiple projects simultaneously.
This position involves recording day-to-day financial transactions relating to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, posting customer payments, collections, credit application processing, and timely delivery of invoices to customers. Additionally, the coordinator will perform daily bank reconciliations, enter and reconcile all credit card charges, and maintain and reconcile inventory lists.
The ideal candidate will have high capacity for attention to detail, ability to work under limited supervision, self-prioritize tasks, and provide excellent written and verbal communication skills. A college degree or equivalent experience in accounting or a related field is preferred, along with minimum 2 years' experience in QuickBooks and Excel. Hubspot experience is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including fully paid healthcare, retirement plan, and paid time off.
