About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team at Express Employment Professionals-Indy West.

This direct hire role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and maintenance planning.

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000+, based on skills and experience, with opportunities for year-end bonuses, comprehensive health insurance, paid vacation, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute facilities maintenance and repairs.
  • Analyze and resolve facility-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility operations and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless facility operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
