Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $15-$18 per hour, ensuring our Lead Teachers are fairly compensated for their expertise and dedication.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily class operations, ensuring a smooth learning experience for our students.
  • Plan, present, and evaluate educational activities that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CDA, Associates, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and parents.
  • Ability to work independently, making sound decisions, and handling stress professionally.
  • Dependability, adaptability, and a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, ensuring student safety and well-being.
