We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Platinum Accounting LLC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to office employees, including answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Organize meetings and take accurate minutes
- Prepare correspondence and distribute documents as needed
- Maintain an organized filing system and update office procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or administrative training preferred
- Familiarity with standard office equipment and software applications
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
