Job Description

Overview

Joyner Law is a veteran-owned law firm dedicated to guiding individuals through challenging legal situations. We are seeking a skilled Non-Attorney Salesperson to join our team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Conversion: Engage with prospective clients from our marketing channels and convert them into clients.
  • Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular, structured contact with clients throughout their cases, addressing their needs and ensuring they feel supported.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build trust and secure ongoing client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and communication.
  • CRM Systems: Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the Case Operations team.

Requirements

  • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car.
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills.
  • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases.
  • Candidate must reside in Colorado and have the ability to commute during the 90-day probationary period.
