About the Opportunity

Cedar Springs Hospital is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development Team, you will be responsible for creating demand for our services through effective marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, and community organizations
  • Collaborate with our Director of Business Development to achieve departmental and facility business development goals
  • Present a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably in a behavioral healthcare setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to adapt to new program/computer software
  • Frequent local travel required
