Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team at W.E. O'Neil Construction. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
