About Us

Golden Nugget Hotels & Casinos offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000, based on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify guest reservations and process payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, orientating guests to the hotel and responding to their inquiries.
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities, ensuring accurate processing of transactions and daily deposits.
  • Post guest charges and perform cashiering duties.
  • Process new card accounts and sales/redemption of hotel gift certificates.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience as a front desk agent or in hotel reservations is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
