Job Overview

Twin Tier Hospitality is seeking a skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at La Quinta NYC Central Park. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check-in and Check-out Guests: Welcome guests, verify their reservations, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Respond to Inquiries and Problems: Answer guest queries, resolve issues promptly, and provide solutions to exceed expectations.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with guests, offer recommendations, and ensure that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Manage Room Assignments and Reservations: Handle room changes, cancellations, and block reservations according to hotel policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Education or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • Previous Experience: Three months to one year of employment in a related position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in computer systems, and a strong knowledge of hotel operations.
