We're seeking a Director of Front Office to lead our front desk, telecom, and concierge services teams at Loews Regency New York Hotel. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to join a dynamic luxury hotel team and deliver exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations.

To succeed in this position, you'll need a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hotel front office operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. A proven track record of managing high-performing teams in fast-paced settings is essential. You'll also require strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and outstanding guest service skills.

A successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, including supervising and training front office staff, fostering a positive team culture, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. They will also be able to develop and enforce operational procedures and service standards in alignment with the hotel's luxury brand.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of front office operations, including room assignments, check-in/check-out procedures, billing, reservations, and concierge services. Expertise in using Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, and other hotel management software is required. Strong understanding of revenue management and room inventory controls to maximize hotel profitability is also necessary.

Salary range for this position, based on experience, is $100,000.00 to $125,000.00.
