About the Role:

As a Consultant within the Capco Insurance team, you will thrive in a dynamic team environment, collaborating with industry leaders. You will gain proficiency in cross-functional, end-to-end project delivery across various products. Our professionals are client-facing leaders who merge industry knowledge with essential consulting skills, including problem framing, root cause analysis, client engagement, and the ability to connect with diverse personality types. You will apply your insights and consulting experience to help propel our clients toward fulfilling their evolving objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce deliverable content and create necessary project artifacts.
  • Collaborate within a team to implement transformative changes.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to client leadership.
  • Assist in developing process flows, documenting challenges, and identifying future opportunities in business operations.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to derive conclusions and formulate insightful roadmaps and recommendations.
  • Facilitate client interviews, meetings, and large-scale workshops.
  • Construct quantitative models and analyze extensive and complex datasets to generate and support insights.
  • Contribute to the formulation of hypotheses and develop methods to test each hypothesis.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the insurance sector.
  • Experience with a management consulting firm or insurance regulatory body is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in areas such as life, annuity, employee benefits, retirement, property, and casualty are essential.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in delivering change initiatives as part of a long-term strategic partnership with leading organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising and influencing a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred, particularly with tools like MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
