Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Consultant - Transformation Services to join our team at ReSource Pro. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional consulting services to our clients within the Retail, MGU, and Carrier segments.

This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the continental United States. A significant amount of your time will be spent traveling, working closely with clients and internal partners to drive business growth and profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Client Engagements: Spearhead strategic planning, operational improvement, and system project management initiatives for mid to large-scale clients.
  • Develop and Deliver Client Proposals: Effectively participate in the development and delivery of client consulting proposals, including effort estimation, resource planning, and pricing to meet business targets and pipeline management.
  • Project Management: Utilize project methodology and consulting playbooks/tools to support the delivery of complex integrated solutions.
  • Maximize Efficiency: Leverage playbooks, project management tools, and industry expertise to support client initiatives and drive revenue opportunities within our Business Process Management (BPM) practice.
  • Build Trusted Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal partners to provide relevant and actionable recommendations.
  • Nurture Client Relationships: Drive new and future revenue by leveraging ReSource Pro's delegation services and building trusted partner relationships to support future engagements.
  • Mentor and Guide: Develop and mentor junior team members to foster a high-performing consulting team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • PMP certification or 3+ years of business program management experience.
  • CISR, AINS, ARM, CIC, Licensed Agent, Agile Certified, or Certified Insurance Operations Professional preferred.
  • 10+ years of US Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits insurance operations experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience across the consulting lifecycle, from contracting to discovery, analysis, execution, and client management required.
  • 3+ years of Lean process improvement experience or operations management experience in a service environment required.
  • 3+ years of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience.
  • 3+ years of operations management experience, accountable for team leadership and operational results.
