About the Role:

As a Consultant within the Capco Insurance team, you will thrive in a dynamic team environment, collaborating with industry specialists. You will gain proficiency in cross-functional, end-to-end delivery processes that encompass various products. Our professionals are client-facing leaders who merge industry knowledge with essential consulting skills, including problem framing, root cause analysis, client engagement, and the ability to connect with diverse personality types. Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and develop project deliverables and artifacts as necessary
  • Collaborate within a team to drive organizational change
  • Present findings and recommendations to client leadership
  • Assist in mapping process flows, identifying pain points, and exploring future state opportunities
  • Conduct thorough analyses to derive conclusions and formulate relevant roadmaps and recommendations
  • Facilitate client interviews, meetings, and large-scale workshops
  • Construct quantitative models and analyze extensive data sets to generate insights
  • Support the formulation of hypotheses and methodologies for testing
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the insurance sector
  • Experience with a management consulting firm or insurance regulatory body is highly desirable
  • Knowledge in areas such as life, annuity, employee benefits, retirement, property, and casualty is essential
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in delivering change initiatives as part of a strategic partnership with leading organizations
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous, particularly with tools like MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
