Position Overview

The Insurance Risk Consultant will be instrumental in managing territories, fostering recruitment, driving revenue growth, and maintaining brand integrity. This role demands a leadership mindset, treating the sales territory as if it were your own.

This approach involves collaboration with internal sales and operations teams, developing the territory, and upholding the values and culture of Integrity Marketing Group.

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop a comprehensive understanding of life, long-term care, and disability insurance applications, including business, individual, and estate planning.
- Drive revenue through strategic territory management, recruitment, and relationship cultivation.
- Engage with top producers, recruit new talent, and enhance revenue beyond current baseline levels.
- Establish and nurture relationships with advisors.
- Educate advisors on complex products to increase recommendations and optimize the product mix with reputable carriers.
- Employ a solutions-oriented approach.
- Proactively seek opportunities and engage in the sales process.
- Represent all lines of protection and risk management tools offered by Integrity Marketing Group: Life, Disability, and Long-Term Care.
- Address case management issues in collaboration with the home office and advisors.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, cross-selling, and professional sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with carrier-approved and Integrity-approved materials used by advisors.

Qualifications:


- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in finance, risk management, or business, or equivalent experience.
- CLU and/or CFP designations are highly preferred.
- A Life Insurance license and Series 6 are required or must be obtained within the first year.
- Self-motivated and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable in a multi-channel environment, utilizing digital communication tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in presenting information in both individual and group settings.
- Detail-oriented, organized, assertive, confident, innovative, and energized.
- Willingness to travel for the purpose of establishing and nurturing new relationships and enhancing existing advisor business.
