As a Consultant within the Capco Insurance team, you will thrive in a dynamic team environment, collaborating with industry specialists. Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and develop project deliverables and documentation as required.
  • Collaborate within a team to drive organizational change.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to client leadership.
  • Assist in mapping out processes, identifying pain points, and outlining future opportunities in business operations.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to derive conclusions and formulate insightful roadmaps and recommendations.
  • Facilitate client interviews, meetings, and large workshops.
  • Build quantitative models and analyze extensive data sets to support insights.
  • Contribute to the development of hypotheses and methodologies for testing.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the insurance sector.
  • Experience with a management consulting firm or insurance regulatory body is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in any of the following areas is essential: life insurance, annuities, employee benefits, retirement, property, casualty.
  • Strong capability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in delivering change initiatives as part of a long-term strategic partnership with leading organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous, particularly with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
