Position Summary

The Consulting Group at Global Atlantic, recognized for its exceptional practice management and value-added services, is seeking a creative individual to join our team.

This role demands strong graphic design capabilities to produce compelling print and digital materials, along with impactful PowerPoint presentations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, solid research and writing abilities, and a strategic mindset for managing both external and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging content for the GAC team and the Meeting Concierge Service.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Program Director on PowerPoint projects and updates.
  • Serve as project manager for GAC requests from consultants and wholesalers.
  • Partner with the GAC Multicultural team to develop and maintain their new Consulting/Coaching platform.
  • Oversee weekly updates, announcements, and posts across various communication platforms.
  • Manage all compliance submissions and team bios, including annual updates.
  • Act as a liaison with Marketing for collaborative projects.
  • Regularly evaluate project workflows to identify efficiencies.
  • Handle light administrative tasks related to client and partner communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in a Portfolio Program Management Office or similar roles.
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Proficient in written and verbal presentations, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and manage competing priorities.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a focus on business outcomes.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
