As a Branch Manager at OneMain Financial, you will be responsible for creating a customer-centric environment that fosters growth and success. Your leadership skills will empower your team to deliver exceptional loan products and services that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a customer-focused team that provides outstanding service and support
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive branch performance and meet sales goals
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve financial objectives and maintain compliance with policies and laws
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team
  • Proven experience with meeting sales goals
  • Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date where required
