About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Ambassador to join our team at Capital One. As a Branch Ambassador, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing financial guidance, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized financial guidance to customers, helping them achieve their financial goals.
  • Conduct a wide range of transactions, including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals, while ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures.
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends, using this expertise to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
  • At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
  • At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree.
  • 2+ years of retail, sales, or banking experience.
