Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of banking professionals to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressive banking experience, including management experience.
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Symitar.

- Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $120,000.
