About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our pest control team in the mid-Atlantic region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of pest control professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Manage branch operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pest control industry, with a proven track record of leadership and sales success
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and de-escalation techniques
  • Ability to hold team members accountable for performance and results
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical proficiency with computers, smartphones, and Microsoft Office Suite
