As a leading insurance brokerage focused on Medicare, we are dedicated to providing transparent and impartial comparisons across top insurance carriers. Our specialization in Senior Health Insurance ensures that we remain informed about the latest products, technologies, and industry news.
We are expanding and looking for a seasoned Medicare Insurance Compliance Manager to oversee compliance with CMS and state regulations from our office.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Medicare Insurance Compliance Manager will:
- Ensure adherence to all CMS and state regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Develop, conduct, and report on audits and investigations aimed at preventing and identifying fraud, abuse, and waste.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement effective compliance strategies and internal controls.
- Monitor compliance metrics and report findings to senior management.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance compliance, specifically related to Medicare and Medicaid.
- A comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and provider credentialing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
