Business Development Manager

Ambitious and results-driven professionals are sought after by Affinity Group to spearhead market growth and showcase our clients' market-leading products through strategic planning, execution, and results. This role reports to the Market Manager and requires a passion for business development, with a focus on sales growth for assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement event/activity plans for assigned accounts to build awareness of our clients' unique value proposition.
- Utilize influence and creativity to drive inquiry generation and high-impact partnerships.
- Provide exceptional sales presentations with a consultative approach for distributors, merchandisers, buyers, and their sales teams.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of foodservice brokerage or foodservice distribution sales experience.
- Restaurant operations or culinary experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Outstanding time management and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Self-motivation and drive to succeed.
- Effective communication and listening skills.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build strong partner relationships.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
