Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive-Business Developer to join our team at Spring Footwear Corp. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and driving sales growth within assigned accounts for all Spring Footwear brands in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the Spring Footwear brand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and distributors
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of successful business development and sales experience in the footwear industry
- Demonstrated strength in account retention and growth of sales
- Ability to manage the full selling cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
