Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day culinary operations, ensuring seamless execution of menus and high-quality food preparation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Culinary Management: Develop and implement menu strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive work environment, providing guidance and support to kitchen staff to achieve excellence in food preparation and presentation.
- Inventory Control: Coordinate food and kitchenware orders, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing waste.
