About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Head Chef & Operations Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a high-volume restaurant with a strong focus on food quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve menu profitability, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Lead a team of cooks, sous chefs, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a head chef or executive sous chef in a corporate upscale casual environment. Seafood experience is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
