Copper Vine Winepub is expanding and looking for a highly skilled Executive Chef de Tournant to join our team.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Chef de Tournant to lead our kitchen staff and maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and train junior staff members, and possess a strong understanding of our Copper Vine concept and culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example: Demonstrate exceptional cooking skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
- Mentor and coach junior staff members: Provide guidance and support to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
- Schedule management: Ensure all recruits are coached during various shifts, including days, nights, weekdays, and weekends.
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success as a chef de tournant or similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Competitive salary range $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
