Executive Chef Team Leader

About the Role:
The Executive Chef Team Leader is accountable for ensuring the success of daily kitchen operations. This role requires a strong culinary background, leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen shift operations and ensure compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
- Estimate daily production needs on a weekly basis and communicate production needs to kitchen personnel daily.
- Assist the Executive Chef with all kitchen operations and preparation.
- Prepare and cook foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
- Maintain purchasing, receiving, and food storage standards.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
- Or, 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
Benefits and Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $71,550.
