**Job Responsibilities**
As an Executive Chef Assistant, you will be responsible for executing menu items and recipes as set forth by the Chef de Cuisine. This involves setting up and working line stations at the required level, completing daily station mise en place efficiently, consistently executing menu items while following current restaurant recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized station.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of one year of kitchen experience, basic knife skills, sanitation knowledge, food safety knowledge, and a passion for food and hospitality. You should also be able to work in a professional manner with fellow BOH employees and operate, clean, and maintain all kitchen equipment.
**Physical Demands**
