Coppervine Wine Pub & Inn is a dynamic and rapidly growing hospitality company in downtown New Orleans. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced PM Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team and help us achieve our vision for exceptional dining experiences.

We offer a competitive salary of $$$65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of kitchen management experience or senior/lead line cook experience in a full-service polished casual to fine dining restaurant. They will be able to motivate, train, and develop our line-level kitchen staff, while maintaining high-quality standards and managing costs and labor effectively.

The ideal candidate will have classical training and be able to demonstrate hands-on culinary skills, including prep, cooking, portion control, presentation, taste, and quality assurance. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to delegate tasks, provide feedback, and maintain a positive and professional kitchen culture.
