Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Technician to join our Engineering and Construction (E&C) division, supporting renewable energy project development.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to project engineering teams, focusing on the development of scopes of work, purchase requisitions, change orders, task tracking, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project engineering teams with administrative tasks
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (e.g. civil, electrical, mechanical, chemical, etc.)
- Minimum 0 years of experience, with engineering internship experience prior to graduation strongly preferred
- Engineering or project management experience on utility scale solar projects is preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint)
- Experience with SAP or Unifier is preferred
