Job Summary

The Commercial Relationship Manager IV is a key role within BOK Financial Corporation Group, responsible for developing and maintaining complex business relationships with clients. This position requires a deep understanding of commercial lending, credit underwriting, and treasury services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Analyze client and prospect needs to recommend appropriate products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide five-star client service
  • Participate in the underwriting and credit approval process
  • Prepare credit presentations and identify key risk factors
Requirements

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of experience in commercial lending or 14-16 years of equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial banking, business development, and sales.

Working Conditions

This is an office-based role that requires minimal travel. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
