Key Responsibilities- Proposal and Presentation Development: Partner with our pursuit teams to develop high-quality proposals and presentations that showcase our expertise and value proposition. This will involve coordinating all aspects of proposal development, including strategy, messaging, formatting, and editing.
- Client Development: Provide business development support to our Client Service Managers, including assembling information packages, connecting clients with experts and opportunities, and maintaining marketing files.
- Business Development: Contribute to the development of our company's marketing process improvements, including planning and executing key conferences and events.
- Marketing Information: Manage the process of creating and maintaining up-to-date qualifications statements, project descriptions, and resumes that reflect our company's strengths and client benefits.
- Market Sector and Service Line Development: Collaborate with our marketing and technical teams to implement market sector and service line initiatives, including events, communications, and branding efforts.
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or Marketing, with 5+ years of experience in a related role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on persuasive writing and presentation ability.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Highly skilled in persuasive writing and able to identify key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- InDesign experience a plus.
