Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Representative at Michael Page, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Source and screen potential candidates to fill client needs
- Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates and provide feedback to clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and pitch proposals to clients
- Negotiate commercial terms and rates with clients
- 1+ year of experience in sales or recruitment
- Experience with client prospecting and lead generation
- Strong relationships with a client or candidate base
- Experience with cold outreach and successful track record of breaking into cold accounts
- High energy, determination, and resilience
- Result-oriented mindset and proven track record of success
