About the Role

As a Business Development Representative at Michael Page, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Source and screen potential candidates to fill client needs
  • Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates and provide feedback to clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and pitch proposals to clients
  • Negotiate commercial terms and rates with clients
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in sales or recruitment
  • Experience with client prospecting and lead generation
  • Strong relationships with a client or candidate base
  • Experience with cold outreach and successful track record of breaking into cold accounts
  • High energy, determination, and resilience
  • Result-oriented mindset and proven track record of success
