Role Overview

This position is tailored for a seasoned SaaS sales professional who excels in acquiring new business and nurturing existing enterprise accounts with over 2,000 employees. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions to large enterprises, with typical deal sizes ranging from $200K to $1M+ annually. Additionally, candidates should have at least 8 years of overall industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with mid to large enterprise clients, understanding their complex decision-making processes in multi-constituent sales.
  • Demonstrate expertise in front-office applications and solutions, ideally with a focus on marketing automation, analytics, CRM, or digital media.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Business Development, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Partnerships, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in Enterprise Sales within Mobile or Marketing Technology, with a grasp of current application trends.
  • Ability to research and analyze accounts, developing a strong point of view on the value our technology can provide.
  • Demonstrated success in net-new prospecting and pipeline generation, both independently and in collaboration with Business Development Representatives and Marketing.
  • Experience navigating large organizations and identifying key decision-makers for substantial SaaS investments.
  • Familiarity with sales training methodologies such as Force Management's Command of the Message and MEDDPICC is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems to manage sales pipelines is essential.
  • A strong networker, utilizing social media and other platforms effectively.
  • Experience in a startup or rapidly growing technology company is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, marketing events, and company gatherings.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is between $155,000 and $165,000 per year, with potential On Target Earnings (OTE) between $310,000 and $330,000 annually, inclusive of bonuses or commissions. Compensation may vary based on individual factors such as market location and experience.
