Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at HRBaires. As a key member of our customer success function, you will be responsible for managing technical implementation and ensuring customer goal achievement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing technical implementation and proactively monitoring customer goal achievement
- Coordinating between Sales, Engineering, and Product to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional customer success or solutions engineering experience in an enterprise industrial automation, energy services, or similar environment
- Deep understanding of energy project developer dynamics
- Ability to quickly get up to speed on a complex technical product and troubleshoot to resolve technical problems rapidly
