About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to fuel our rapid growth. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of building and nurturing high-impact relationships with our enterprise clients, driving significant revenue growth by unlocking upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Your efforts will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also play a crucial role in hitting and exceeding our ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Revenue Expansion: Take ownership of managing and expanding relationships with our high-value enterprise clients, exceeding sales targets through strategic account management and client engagement.
  • Unlock Growth Potential: Identify and seize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your account portfolio, ensuring our clients leverage the full power of AppTweak's solutions.
  • Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Position AppTweak as a trusted partner in your clients' growth journeys, ensuring long-term loyalty and mutual success.
  • Ensure Renewals: Collaborate closely with our Customer Success and App Growth Consultants to secure enterprise account renewals, maintaining a strong revenue stream.
  • Engage and Empower Clients: Conduct regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and product demonstrations to keep clients informed, satisfied, and ready to grow.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a unified approach to customer success and retention.
  • Represent AppTweak: Be our brand ambassador at major mobile marketing conferences, showcasing our expertise and building our presence in the industry.
  • Monitor and Report Performance: Track account performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare strategic reports to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of proven success in Account Management, preferably in the mobile industry, with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Relationship Builder: You excel at building and maintaining long-term relationships, with a deep understanding of customer needs and a knack for anticipating them.
  • Growth Mindset: You're commercial, hungry, resilient, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Communication Mastery: You have excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, capable of building trust and driving transparency with clients.
  • Curiosity & Creativity: You're passionate about mobile marketing and eager to expand your knowledge in mobile app growth.
