About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at HRBaires. As a key member of our customer success function, you will be responsible for managing technical implementation and ensuring customer goal achievement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing technical implementation and proactively monitoring customer goal achievement
  • Coordinating between Sales, Engineering, and Product to ensure customer needs and expectations are met

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional customer success or solutions engineering experience in an enterprise industrial automation, energy services, or similar environment
  • Deep understanding of energy project developer dynamics
  • Ability to quickly get up to speed on a complex technical product and troubleshoot to resolve technical problems rapidly
  • World-class communication, promptness, and organizational skills
