Client Support Representative (f/m/d).

The Client Support Representative will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and aiding departmental goals by managing data entry and retrieval through specialized software, while also supporting customer service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service and assistance to clients through various channels including web, email, chat, and fax.
  • Process client orders, quotes, and other relevant information by inputting data into company systems.
  • Investigate and expedite client inquiries.
  • Assist the local Service & Sales team and provide support to other teams as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Completed professional training or initial experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong desire and capability to engage directly with clients and conduct correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Proficient in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of an additional European language is advantageous.
  • Solid computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
