About the Role:

VCA Animal Specialty & Emergency Center (ASEC) is a multi-specialty and emergency practice located in West Los Angeles. Our team provides exceptional care to pets and their owners, and we are seeking a skilled Client Services Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the veterinary team by managing electronic medical records, reports, and correspondences.
  • Confirm appointments, medical records, and electronic payments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in client service or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the medical field.
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
