Veterinary Client Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team at VCA Animal Specialty & Emergency Center. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their pets, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client care.
- Manage client relationships, building trust and rapport through effective communication and empathy.
- Process client payments, handle billing and invoicing, and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up-to-date on veterinary medical knowledge and best practices to provide informed support to clients.
- 3+ years of experience in client service or a related field.
- Previous experience in the medical field, preferably in veterinary medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, veterinarians, and support staff.
- High emotional intelligence and compassion for pets and people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
