About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team at VCA Animal Specialty Group.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced emergency and specialty veterinary environment, providing exceptional customer service to pet owners and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with clients, remaining polite, kind, and respectful at all times.
  • Greet, check-in, and check-out clients, manage phone calls, and present estimates.
  • Ensure clients have an excellent experience by being attentive and hospitable.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for specialty departments.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to urgent emergency triages and STAT calls.
  • Process payment transactions, manage medical records, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with doctors and staff to provide exceptional patient care.

Requirements
  • One year of veterinary or medical customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
