Client Service Representative

VetnCare is a clinically led community of AAHA-accredited hospitals in Northern California. We prioritize locally managed hospitals and empower veterinarians to lead our comprehensive clinical approach, bridging the gap between preventative and advanced care through continuing education and mentorship.
Your ImpactAs a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for pet parents, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their visit. Your role will play a crucial part in creating a warm and caring environment that enhances our patients' and pet parents' overall experience.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a client-patient advocate to ensure pet parents receive all pertinent information about their pet's healthcare.
- Check in and greet visitors, answer telephones, and guide pet parents and their pets to exam rooms.
- Manage appointment schedules and confirm appointments using our practice management system.
- Place outbound calls for follow-ups and reach out to prospective clients.
- Present and explain fees, including processing payments.
- Act as a patient advocate to ensure pet parents receive all pertinent information about their pet's healthcare.
- Maintain the hospital's cleanliness and ensure the facility is neat and tidy at all times.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience in customer support, administration, hospitality, client services, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle phone systems.
- Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts.
- Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Customer-focused for a positive customer experience and resolution.
- Comfortable with animals.

A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00, dependent on experience.
