About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Specialist to join our team at AXS. As a key member of our Sports and Subscriptions Division, you will provide exceptional service and support to our clients at box offices nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client/venue and its unique challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with all products/services and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Respond to support and service requests from clients/venues.
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices and offer advice on event and promotion configuration.
  • Track and report all client interactions to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate technical support issues.
  • Assist with event and promotion configuration for full-service clients.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of live event ticketing and event programming experience.
  • High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proven ability to quickly master new end-user software applications.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide service in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner.
