We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Field Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Field Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Field Technicians in resolving service problems at customer locations.
As a National Field Support Agent, you will use your technical and interpersonal skills to troubleshoot and resolve internet, video, and telephone issues for customers. You will also work closely with our Field Technicians to complete provisioning, device configuration, and signal measurements to solve problems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to Field Technicians to resolve service problems at customer locations

- Work closely with Field Technicians to complete provisioning, device configuration, and signal measurements to solve problems
- Use interpersonal skills to interface directly with customers to resolve their issues
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to work a variety of schedules, including mornings, nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
Preferred qualifications include experience in telecommunications, call center, or high-speed data, video, or voice experience, as well as workload or dispatch experience and customer service.
