Job Title: Fires and Combined Arms Maneuver Field Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fires and Combined Arms Maneuver Field Support Specialist to join our team at Lukos. As a Fires and Combined Arms Maneuver Field Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning and execution of fires in support of national defense objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Comply with initial training and security requirements to access government communication systems and participate in site operations.
  • Answer Requests for Information (RFI) through direct or re-routing information and connecting individuals to resolve the need for information.
  • Coordinate and facilitate between host nation Armed Forces, European Command (EUCOM), National Guard, and other elements in the development of participating units training.
  • Coordinate Key Leader Engagement (KLE) agendas and itineraries.
  • Provide bi-weekly status updates through the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to the ODC, detailing actions taken and work completed.
  • The FSR will keep designated officials in the host nation MoD, JHQ, and at the Office of Defense Cooperation at the U.S. Embassy informed concerning the status of his/her work.
  • Attend applicable EUCOM, all subordinate commands, and host nation Armed Forces exercise conferences, workshops, and meetings.
  • Obtain access to and have the ability to use the Concept and Funding Request (CFR) system, and the EUCOM Socium system.
  • Integrate U.S. granted and host nation procured fires systems and sensors across DOTMLPF-P range.
  • Support ODC Training Program management, JHQ, and MoD for joint and land forces training personnel and opportunities and training requirements for associated systems.
  • Support of fires/CAM efforts from JHQ planning and development to maneuver unit execution.
  • Assist with development of the scheme of fires at the tactical level.
  • Assist with development and employment of forward observers into maneuver companies.
  • Be familiar with upcoming national exercises and multinational exercises that incorporate host nation fires.
  • Be Prepared To (BPT) support ODC data entry for all training and Golden Sentry End Use Monitoring requirements.
  • BPT assist in the details of integrating and maintaining equipment and associated systems at lower echelons to include, but not limited to, initial and reoccurring training requirements, issuing of and training with ancillary equipment to fires personnel (e.g., NVGs), and developing small unit Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Assist in synchronizing host nation plans with U.S. plans.
  • Support host nation internal After Action Reviews (AAR) and ODC AARs of fires/CAM systems development, integration, and use and BPT in corporate lessons learned into host nation systems.
