National Account Specialist

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a highly skilled National Account Specialist to join our team. As a key contributor to maintaining successful relationships with our clients, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to Field Leadership and Clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide superior customer service to Field Leadership and Clients.
- Manage a large volume of emails daily, utilizing Gmail.
- Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets and other documents utilizing MS Office / G-Suite products.
- Build client reports reflecting metrics including staffing, attendance, and other specific reports.
- Support the Client Relations Executive (CRE) and assist with client needs.
- Monitor and address general emails received within relation to assigned job duties in a timely fashion.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Office environment experience preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Excel and/or Google Sheets experience required - 1 year or more.
