About the Role

Spectrum is seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Field Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Field Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Field Technicians in resolving service problems at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use technical and interpersonal skills to troubleshoot and resolve internet, video, and telephone issues for customers.
  • Work closely with Field Technicians to complete provisioning, device configuration, and signal measurements to solve problems.
  • Act as a traffic controller for our Field Technicians, enabling efficient and timely service.
  • Interface directly with customers to resolve their issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • MS Office and computer literate.
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules, including mornings, nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 or more years of telecommunications, call center, or high-speed data, video, or voice experience.
  • College coursework or equivalent experience in technology.
