Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the Service Desk queue and addressing incoming inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a comprehensive range of system administration tasks to optimize system performance and efficiency.
- Deliver complete user assistance for the organization's standard software applications to fulfill user and organizational requirements.
- Employ remote support tools to troubleshoot and accurately diagnose hardware and software problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Exhibit adaptability to transition between various teams as necessary.
- Assess and test software and hardware solutions to evaluate their relevance and benefit to the organization.
Physical Requirements:
- Capability to perform tasks that may involve lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. and/or engaging in physical activities.
- Ability to document each interaction clearly and succinctly, including any troubleshooting steps undertaken.
- Contribute to and assist in maintaining an extensive knowledge repository.
- Comprehension of best practices in customer relationship management.
- Proven commitment to accountability in a professional context.
- Ability to respond promptly and effectively to electronic communications and live messaging.
- Awareness of the importance of emotional intelligence in a technical support environment.
