Position Overview:

The Technical Support Specialist is proficient in the operation and assistance of Windows-based systems and applications.

This role encompasses a comprehensive array of IT administrative tasks with limited supervision and/or technical assistance.
Responsibilities include uninstalling, repairing, or upgrading software and operating systems.
The Specialist will conduct advanced troubleshooting and resolution through remote assistance.
Coordination with vendors for technical support may be necessary.
Provide support for desktop computing issues.
Implement application updates.
Diagnose and resolve Operating System update issues.
